    Default MKII AFS Helmet (1940)

Morning gents, some of you may have seen this AFS shell on the bay, well I sent a "best offer" to the seller as I had a 1940 dated liner which matched the shells date to "drop in" and a chinstrap. The seller accepted my offer, so here it is, back to it's former glory! Looks like a little lad named "TJ" played with this once upon a time as he scratched his initials onto the outer rim! Leon.

Hi, that's the one, the WW1 liner was broken at the base and was not attached in any way to the helmet, there was not even a helmet nut and bolt! I gave the liner to a friend as even though it was heavily damaged, it's better than nothing for a WW1 shell. Leon.
