MkII Police Superintendent

A typical early MkII made by HBH (Harrison Bros.& Howson) factory finished in police blue, then over painted white with in a lighter blue police with the Kings crown for superintendent.The original word POLICE can be seen under the white paint so at sometime during the war this helmet was brought back to stores & refurbed to what it is now. The liner is also dated 38 & produced by J.C.S & W Ltd.

Cool lid Aaron, like I said on GHW, I love the King's Crown.
There is such a variety of these Civic MKII used in England, do you think you will ever get one of every type?
It would sure be fun to try.
