MKII PW (Post Warden?) helmet

Hello,

Has anyone ever come across a home front helmet marked PW at the front?

I have a wartime photo with such a helmet pictured and believe it to belong to the Post Warden. Can anyone confirm the abbreviation?

Here's a picture and I'd very much like to buy that exact same helmet if someone has it

A PW would be very hard to find, & would be snapped up at nearly any price due to it's rarity.

If I ever do find one it'll probably be by complete accident. I'll try to find out what actually happened to the one pictured above, handed back after the war, binned or whatever.

I've been told I played with the helmet pictured when I was little, my sister too and she's 12 years younger than me. After that it disappeared
