my second british MK2 helmet

Ive found this wonderful relic example of a brodie MK2 helmet together with my father near caen many years ago
I see that the helmet have a raw texture and its dated 1942
he have on the texture painted insignas like MP or something
I am thankful for all information and posts about it

most are "Important"...and Ive wondered the very same. "Important" suggests that you need to know answers to questions due to limited availability of an item or perhaps it's subsequent disposal??

I have to side with Ralph...why is virtually every post "Important"?
