Name and number of the wearer in mark II brodie - rare?

Article about: Hello, i just bought this mark II helmet. The wearer is an indonesian and the number probably his id number. My question is, is the named brodie helmet rare one? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Mate,
    A very interesting MkII you have there.
    With the 1942 British Ro&Co Shell and 1941 Chin Strap Lugs and a 1942 Teddy Toy Company marked liner.
    Named MkII's are somewhat rare,probably more so being Indonesian.I dont know what the research facilities are like there,but its an ideal project in the waiting for you to research it.

    About that research, i still guessing first from what unit this helmet was originated. I got the dutch east indies made stahlhelm which have the similar color and also it's named and numbered. Since both is in bright colored, could it be these helmet was not used by army?
