    Hi mate,

I know of soldier of fortune , who are based in WALES the UK, they sell tommy liners with the brass bolt for £20.00, i don't know how much the postage to the states is, but it might be worth a go!
Heres the address Army, Military Clothing Supplies, WW2 clothing, Replica Uniform, Cop Gear and Policing Equipment - Soldier Of Fortune Online Catalogue ( by the way i don't work for these guys, i just use em for my supplies!) Hope this is of use to ya.
    Cheers
