US and British helmets but what period ??

Article about: Got these 2 Helmets at markets. I think the US one is probably Nam era or 80s but I already have a British MkIII and this looks nothing like it Any help on the period of the 2 lids please ??

    US shell is US & 60's from what I know, the liner is one I'm not familiar with! the MkII I'm not able to help with either, sorry.

    I may be wrong, but the US helmet liner webbing does not look US made.. It looks like it could be a "Euro clone"... The cloth webbing looks similar to some Iraqi webbed M1 clone helmets that I have..

    the MKII is not a UK made type unless it is a private civilian made model, the lug rivets are in the wrong place.
