Some help in identifying a cap which I aquired some months back please. In style, quality and colour, it looks very much like an early hussar's junior officer's dress cap. The maker is not known to me but is "By appointment to HM the King". Although the cap is in "worn" condition, it does not appear to have ever had a badge. The quality is, in my opinion, too high for the cap to be for use by a door or foot man? Any opinions on this cap would be appreciated!! Please see photos.
Cheers Michael R
