Nice collection, Rene! And thanks for the kind words!

The EM visor with black brim is likely immediate pre-WWII or Early WWII. Did you check the interior of the leather sweatband (if not too brittle) for a QM Mark? If there, it would have the contract date.

Great display, Colt! I especially like the USAF dress white visor. I'd like to get one for a General Officer one day but they always go for big bucks.

Cheers Eric , the black visor one is unmarked.
Here's another that arrived today, with a storm cover.
It didn't come with the eagle so I've married it to an Australian made eagle (K.G Luke Melbourne)

Fantastic collection there! I don't own any originals sadly but I have a lovely repro example from the Diamond Cap Co. which is displayed in my collection. Hopefully in the next 12 months I can get an original in there as well!

Great pickup, Rene! Looks like it was issued yesterday!

Love that Eagle. Sadly, no overseas made insignia in my visor collection...

Cheers Eric, I've just discovered that the storm cover is in fact not one! but part of the construction of the cap? Wifey got curious and pulled it apart, here's some pics- if you don't mind me posting them here?
I love the clear plastic button rear!
