    You are right it is a good officers cap lad.
    You have a nice collection. The Merchant Marine cap is very hard to find.

    Ok, now in close up it is indeed an officers cap.

    Shows how camera and lighting has an effect
    on what we see in our monitors.........!

    Unfortunately I cannot help you with the classification, because I don't have the experience to do so, but I like your collection, it's really great! And you displayed them nice! And I laughed when you mentioned Abercrombie & Fitch. Are you serious? This is really weird
