Default Salty Royal Navy Cap, Fleet Air Arm?

Hi all. A recent acquisition that popped up for a good price, so thought I would share it. As you can see, it has seen better days and has been a bit bent out of shape, also has quite a lot of thinning on top. It looks like the cap band has been off centre for quite some time as it appears to have glued itself to the small strap that sits under it, so I am reluctant to try and move it for fear of breaking something. The inside is nice though and has the bonus of being named. I believe the prefix FX on the service number indicates a member of the fleet air arm. It goes well with this original photo from my collection Cheers.
