Hi, A change in ranks over to Warrant Officers (WO). In the US Military, WO's have Officers Mess or Commissioned status whereas in the British military, they hold a Royal Warrant and are referred to as "Sir" by subordinates and "Mr" by officers holding the Royal Commission but are accommodated as Senior Non Commissioned Officers (SNCO). It would appear that in some instances US Army WO's are wearing BOS coloured cap bands rather than the established brown bands designated for their the ranks. This may be an individual choice, a Branch policy or an amendment to US Army Dress Regulations??

Hope that these caps are of interest. Regards MR

Hi, A few more visors which may be of interest. Other than item 2, they are all Class A Uniform caps. Item 1 is for enlisted ranks up to Sergeant Major and the remainder are all for wear by Junior or Company officers in the ranks of Second Lieutenant to Captain. Item 2. is for a JO? with the New Mexico Military Institute and is wearing a very unusual cap band of what appears to be turquois boardered in white? Is this a colour combination specific to the NMMI and if so, what other colours are out there???? Hope they are of interest.
    Cheers MR

Hi All, A batch of Class A Green Uniform visor caps worn by Officers of the US Army in the Field Officer ranks of Major to Colonel inclusive and all General Officer ranks. Unfortunately, due to an impending house move, I can not give you any manufacturer's details as the caps are all packed ready for transit. Hope they are of interest. Regards MR
