Only if YOU like it and are into 'Navy stuff'. I would never tell someone to buy
something they do not want or really like, as there is sometimes a 'buyers
remorse' - where you are upset and wish you had not bought an item,
or think you spent too much.
I've also found that Navy items from almost any country aren't really big sellers
and do not command huge prices. On the other hand, I have collected
about 20 different US Navy Officers 'Sterling' overseas cap insignia !
If this hat was WWII US Army, it would be more desireable,
and fetch $100 - $150
It is really up to you, and how you spend your 'hobby dollars' is your own
choice. Some people 'specialize' in one or two areas because this is a
broad field with lots of different countries and branches.
Once, I tried to collect only WWII era 'Sterling' pilot wings, but found
I really like ALL facets of militaria, from swords, knives and bayonets
of all kinds, to Iron Crosses, hand grenades and helmets, etc.
