    i wouldnt say $100 euros. there was a mint unissued WW2 EM cap in box and named for $75 maybe it was a little less. so in my opinion $50 or so area.

    A shop down the road from me sells these for $25 apiece. lol

    Perhaps they just go for more overseas?

    thanks for the input - have to add that the visor had a map folded into the interior- the map reflected the Philippine islands and is dated 1945, looks like a silk material. Guess the fella was stationed there.
