The Eagles with the circle around them and the US with circle is US Army. The eagles went on the old bus driver hat, and the us on the collar of greens or Khakis. The buckle on the right looks like a polished buckle worn with class A uniforms or the B's, depending on the age could have been with khakis. The one with the aviation branch insignia was not worn with any uniform that I know of. It could have been in WW2 when was army air corps. but not since 1984 when aviation became its own branch. I was a aviator and a infantry officer until it became a separate branch then I was grandfathered in. Just my 2 cents worth

The eagles are cap badges for EM's ( enlisted men ) and the winged propeller
on the (unofficial) buckle is the insignia of the Army Air Corps - normally,
an Officer Cadet would wear this emblem in cloth on the lower
sleeve. Silver insignia is post 1947 - USAF.

Your right the silver eagle is USAF enlisted, I wasn't paying enough attention to the color. the brass was enlisted USA, I guess we were right on the aviation buckle as being unofficial, I have never seen one in use. In 1984 the winged propeller replaced the previous branch insignia on the collar.
