    Default D-day diary

    Hi Chaps
In July of this year I had the good fortune to purchase Richard Todd's ( RT'S ) Airborne beret and other bits amongst his items was a copy of LT COL R G PINES war diary for D-DAY be it a photocopy I have added it below This document is in what appears to be 2 parts the 1st part is only 6 pages the other document which covers a vaster period of time and goes into greater detail and covers the period from D-DAY-4 To the end of the war and has some very unique information in it including a list of who was on what plane for operation varsity and their stack order etc ( For the 7th L I Parachute battalion This document is over 100 pages ) and would take a long time to show it here . Any how here is this bit while I decide what to do with the other part !! regards steve
