Hi Kris, I cannot really give you a date for this other than what i call "modern", ie not WW2 and made sometime in the last 30 -40 years.

It would appear they are the sports parachute club's wings. 82nd Airborne Wings - ARMY - U.S. Militaria Forum Frankly, I never saw them when serving in the 82nd, but that was well after the club had been closed.
