Taylor Witness Dagger

Article about: I have been told that Taylor Witness Daggers were either issued or privately purchased by US airborne units during WW2. They are UK made in Sheffield & I can remember knives of this styl

    Hello these were not issue most were bought by the GI's of any branch really as fighting knives they are quite collectable as these English made knives are hard to find

    The ones I have had and I still have one somewhere are as Harry describes, more like Bowie knifes in shape than this which is fighting knife shaped. A good looking blade and likely to be WWII period.
