Another original one but your thoughts on the patches are important.
Thanks
Cheers.

Looks like a nice one. I think the left sleeve insignia would have been similar to this (only in subdued tones, not colored), for the 5th Special Forces Group: (added the subdued patch) . . .

Nuno,
The wings look a bit new to me. A bit hard to tell from the pictures. Blouse looks fine.
Thanks

Hi Nuno, are you branching out into new avenues of collecting?

Looks good from here.Shame the SF patches are gone..
Could you take a photo of the inside of the jacket where the patches are?
Our disposal stores here in Australia were full of these in the 80's and 90's, I hope you are not paying too much for these items.
When I was stationed at Fort Bragg 1984 - 1987, we were allowed to purchase and wear Vietnam era jungle fatigues. They sold for $4.00 per piece, or $8.00 for a complete uniform. This uniform looks like it possibly may have come from that time frame.

The owner of the jacket was not in Vietnam when he used this jacket and not an infantry soldier.
No Combat Infantry Badge.
