    Default 37pattern denim battledress

Just got this denim battledress top. All my other denims are a different colour inside but the one I have just bought is the same colour both inside and out. Just wondering if this is correct or is it a reproduction or later. The bottom battledress is an original and the top one is the one I have just bought.
    Thanks

The two I have, 41 and 45 dated are both like the front one you show, with a noticeable denim like look inside. Not sure what the other is, perhaps post war or foreign made. The Germans made something similar of u boat crews. Perhaps showing more of it with some details might help.

Thank you for the quick reply It looks nearly identical but the stitching round the collor is completely different. The label is a smaller type when it i thought it should be a longer type for the early pattern.

    Thanks

The purple inkstamp is a colour you see on official period stamps.

No issues with the all-green blouse. I have a 1944-dated example (economy pattern) that's also solid green on the inside.
