ATS first pattern leather jerkin

Hiya, this is another favourite bit of kit of mine. Popular during the war too.

This is the special ATS pattern leather jerkin. It differs from the male issue as it fastens up on the female side and features a half belt at the rear.

This example is also the camo version, but the pattern is very subtle.

The second pattern did away with the half belt at the back.

Very nice. WWII ladies uniform items are hard to get.
I have given all of my ladies uniforms to my youngest grand daughter.
Nurses & WACs uniforms and head gear. Between 12 and 15 womens uniforms.
She developed an interest at about 10 years old and I gave her a uniform and other items for her birthday and Christmas for several years until I ran out of stuff. It is hard to find here.
