Yeah mate an absolute bargain at that price!! He was even selling undated ones for $4 or $5 at one stage.
Thanks mate I thought It was time for a change and what better than two Aussie legends in one picture
I got sent a nice Hi Res copy of It so I am getting It printed and framed... My two great uncles served with Diver Derrick in the 2/48th and I try to collect stuff from the unit when I can find it.
Cheers Luke
Super cool Luke.
You don't see to many T manufactures.
That reminds me to take an image of a Tassie made Pattons and Bourne made wool blanket down at the local RSL. Can't think of the T number off the top of my head. I have a heap of kit and insignia down there on display and I will be in there Monday for a hour or so, I will get an image or two.
Thanks for posting the anklets mate.
Cheers
Dave
Sounds good mate, do you have it on display down there?
Yeah mate definitley worth getting a pic, I'd like to see it as Tassie numbered stuff is rare as hens teeth.
We need to keep this thread going as It is interesting to see the different makers and labels, there have already been a few posted here already that I have not seen before and I would love to see some more
