British ecw dpm desert heavy parka ???

I found what I thought was at first a British ecw dpm heavy desert parka but the more I examine it and compare it to examples I have found on the net the three color pattern and construction just does not look correct to me at least from the examples that I have viewed anyway could some one assist me in my quest to find out if this is a British parka or was it manufactured and used by an armed forces other than Britain. any and all comments would be appreciated.
