Hi Ian, there might be a photo in the Polish section of the forum showing a period photo of one in wear. The Poles were big on tailoring their BD's of course. But I am not 100% certain if I saw it here. I have also seen a few senior British Officers with zippered BD's.

Agreed, real blouse, but modified.

By the way, the RAF version mentioned earlier was considerably post-war in issue.
