From the heraldry on them, I can tell that the center button in the bottom row is Finnish and the right one Latvian. (As for era, branch etc.: Sorry, no idea.)
Bottom row middle is a Dutch button pre WW II to me.

But surely that's the Finnish lion. Please compare: Coat of arms of Finland - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

thank you both! Anyone could tell me if the danish button is ww2 or earlier? How about the french one?
The 2 latvian are interesting to me, never seen them before over here.
PS - As you might have guessed, I DO LIKE buttons.

Hey Matt,
What makes you think that is a French button
I do like buttons as well, but it is more complicated and wide then collecting TR!
Can't help you out with the Danish one's.
If you are in to buttons lets open a treath, I happen to get some in today!
I have been scamed by a former member on thise forum with a lot of more then 500 buttons... :-(
Did you dug those up?

Hello Chris,
no I did not dig them up, I bought them. I think it's french because of the pattern and the back. But cannot say from which period. I dug ALOT of buttons, but mainly german, austro-hungarian and some russian. But when I get the chance I collect them
Regards
Matt
