Full Set of Mint, Unissued First Pattern HBT's, with cutters and QM tags with hard to find trousers.

Got all three of these items as a set from the same guy. Sometimes it is just better to be lucky than good. The first pattern trousers have cutters tags on the legs and in each front pocket. You all know that the first pattern trousers are one of the hardest HBT items to find, especially in this condition. The jacket is mint like a lot of them that surfaced from Europe awhile ago, but again unique with the cutters tags. The cap is an extremely early version of the "Daisy Mae" cap in a real people size.

Eric, Thanks for the kind words. The first pattern HBT hat and blouse (without cutters tags) are relatively easy to find on the current market. There was a huge stash of the mint, first pattern blouses, without cutters tags and in huge sizes, found in Europe awhile ago that pretty much saturated the market. Finding the blouse with the cutters tags still on it is much harder. But mint, first pattern trousers are the holy grail of WWII US uniform collecting. Even more so with the cutters and QM tags still attached. I will probably never handle another pair in my lifetime.
