Hiya, here are nice condition pair of gloves issued to ATS girls in the Motor Transports sections.
Offically described as "Full chrome tanned grain horse hide or suitable full chrome domestic dog skin".
Maker marked "The Gee Cross Glove Company" and dated 1944. They were still around in 1965. It is hard and unusual to find a matched pair. Many companies only made left or right handed gloves to prevent workers stealing them!
These are very small size.
