Identifying Dress Sword Belt - Royal Hussars, Band member?

Hello forum,

Does anybody recognize this belt?

I can not find any references to it at all - Considering the loops, It has got to be a dress sword belt of some kind - Royal Hussars or a band member etc.

Looks to have some age to it but may have been mistreated.

Besides a name, there are no markings on the belt or hardware.
