Medic armband dating?
I've always wanted one and finally found one today at the flea market. It's an older guy who hits military shows and he wanted 15, but I thought 12 was a tad safer. He claims World War Two but with the Velcro to tighten I was thinking it could be Vietnam era. Might not even me military issued. Just curious to its age.
I think it is Korean war or later either way great piece and for a good price
Yeah I really love it. Picked up a nice 1960 first aid kit too.
Velcro was invented in 1948 but wasn't in widespread use until the 1960s...However, I personally believe that this item is from the 70s-80s...

Even so I still enjoy having for a display piece. The whole medical side of militaria interests me.
