Military Riding Pants Breeches

I have here a pair of military issue riding pants. I would really appreciate if anyone could identify them, like what country and year they are from.

Can we see a tag or label or any ink stamping ?
They seem a peculiar shade of green to me........perhaps the lighting?
Most of the breeches I've seen have reinforcement on the inner thighs.

Camry, i had apair of these worn by Roger Moore in Escape to Athena, they were post war german britches if i didnt know better id say these were them only mine were marked inside with his name and the film.
