When I was looking at his discharge paper I couldn't find his regiment do you guys know where I can find information on the discharge papers or online.

Thats what were planning to do is to get replacement medals. Do you know how much it will cost?

As far as I know there should be no cost. At least it used to be that way.

National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis, Missouri. You or your Father might also find info through Ancestry.com, but that might cost a bit.

Allright thanks hopefully its free and yeah I don't want to pay $159 just to find one record.
