Need help to complete Battle Dress Italian campaign...

Hi friends,
I have a battledress pattern 40 (dated 1943) and I'ld like to complete it, but I would like a setting to the italian campaign!
I would these three solutions.
I need to know whether they are technically and historically supported and give me some advice and tell me what I could change or add.

Top one is the Tac sign of British 30 Corps , the bottom one British 50 Div , the Black cat tac sign i'm not sure what that one is.

You would be better lookng at the British units that fought throughout the Italian campaign !!

These are patch of units that fought in italian campaign...
I ask iftchnically they are correct...
