Sam Browne belt identification and date

Article about: Hello what era is this Sam Browne belt from? as it is being sold as ww2 but just to make sure. These are the sellers photos.

    As others have posted, these are very difficult to date as most of them are not dated or maker marked, though WWI examples are the only ones I have seen dated (As Gary mentioned). I have two, neither are dated.

    No this one is not dated i have searched long and hard for a date and where Stanley Trezise was when he signed up in 1941 as a Lieutenant so probably had the belt then anyone have any info on him
