I wish I could help, do they have tags in them? with a eg. NXSX contract?

I would say they are likely from a more recnt era. The fabric looks a bit like nomex. Also the elastic band on the inside looks like the stuff we have nowadays. I hope this helps (and I could be totally wrong)

I would have to agree with these being more recent the material is a dead give away for me. Not to mention the USN making just seems 60s or newer to me
