The short waist strap is typical of US "IKE" jackets.

Whatever its just an opinion.
Is this a bdu or service uniform?
Looks like an "Ike Jacket" to me too.
The Ike Jacket was intended to be worn in two ways: as a winter liner to the M1943 field jacket and as a Service Dress, Class A uniform. It was mainly worn as the latter.

Thank you so much for your quick answers .I am playing airsoft in Greece and i am trying to make my start as a ww2 reanactor .(just started digging for ww2 uniforms) can i use that in battle? and in what theaters of war it was used?I thought i could use your extensive knowlege so a can make the suit as right as posible.Thank you all for your time in advance .
They were used in the ETO (European Theatre of Operations).
For air softing and re-enactment I would use repro kit where possible.
Cheers, Ade.
