USN Rain parka and trouser

Hi everyone,
I found this complete USN, I'm not an expert of the genre, but I liked it and I took it because it was in excellent condition and it reminded me of similar garmets used by LCVP pilots and "Beach Battalions" soldiers.
I ask your help to know the history of this garments and the year in which it was used.
