Vietnam Late War Tiger Stripe Trousers

Hi everyone just got these from a friend who is a long time collector of VN Tiger stripes and SF uniforms. These i think are light weight CISO made late war trousers, marked M which i think is for asian medium do to their relatively small size but they are overall in used but good looking shape. They have been altered to make the waist bigger to about a size 31 so these were probably worn by a US service member. Opinions are welcome
