I think with the OBE / MBE miniature medal ribbon it could be based on a chaps real tunic that he had during the war and definitely made during the latter part of WWII ie 43-45 from a private purchase officers uniform .
ITS 9.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches wide (across the breast ) / 9 inches from arm to arm .

Whatever its just an opinion.
Too small even for the Manequin Pis, & the WG uniform he wears once a year is the Drum Majors full dress.
