What period HBT uniform?

Hey I paid $5 for this HBT shirt and I am still tryin to figure out what war time period it came from?
Any info would help a lot. I wanted to know if I could use it for a WW2 impression?

I think it is a post war Korean - Vietnam era notice the pleated pockets this was only done on the first patern in WWII, but the first pattern was mre complex had more buttons and 2 waist straps. Is it HBT or sateen cotton?

Also the plastic buttons are a red flag very few wartime HBTs hat plastic instead of the metal 13 star buttons, The only ones I know of were WAC hbts and some "special" hbts which meant they were coated with anti gas treatment.
