The Bow badge is Anti-Aircraft Command (first pattern) , and the Lion is Scottish Home Command , these I believe are both post war . The tunic may have been rebadged by the owner in the early post war years , IMHO

I think they are post war badges , but I'm not sure when they were first formed up . It's a place to start .
