Hello all, I just wanted to show off this US Army Air Corps Tunic I just got today. This is one of the more decorated tunics I've picked up and really like this one a lot. I'm hoping I can do some research into it but am not sure I'll be able to find anything. I'll be sure to update this if I am able to find anything on its owner

Excellent pick up. I'm also loving it.
Is that a silver star on the European Campaign ribbon or just the reflection from the lighting?

Heres the 15th patch, and yes; It does appear to be a silver colored star on the ETO ribbon. I haven't been able to inspect this tunic much yet as I was preoccupied with work today but definitely love it already and can't wait to check it out in more detail soon

Very nice indeed! Great example, I particularly like the AF Communication Specialist patch. Here's an interesting article I found regarding the various MOS options -

Great looking tunic.. Looks untouched which is a bonus.. I did a quick search and the name KAISER gave me 91,500 possibilities in military records on ancestry.. Not impossible to research but there are some hurdles to overcome..

We may be able to narrow down and find your Soldier..

15th Air Force rosters may also narrow the search down..

Here is a link to the 15th Air Force site...
