    I think you recommended that book to me before, over at USM forum. I found a cheap copy of it, so I went ahead and picked it up.

    I may be able to help you with the shirt. I'm in the process of selling off my collection of U.S. uniforms and equipment and still have a couple wool shirts as well as a flannel shirt with the gas flap still intact.
