    Hi i recently purchased a womans uniform it was a private purchased dress jacket with the European communication patch and Army Service Force patch then 4 hash marks and captains bar on the shoulders based on this description can someone tell me a general price range of this? Thanks - Nick k

    Nick I have a friend that was a nurse in WWII she told me that as a joke they said the patch with the blue star stands for a general surronded by smoke and red tape. Nice jacket. Gary

    Nick basically it means that a general had his head up his bum and could not make a decision because of all the paper work and red tape they had to go through. Thanks Steve I thought it was funny also.
