I don't know what type of belt this is. WWI or WWII even though it is stamped with Sept. 22 1943. It is stamped with "Fink Shops" in a rectangle, near the hook closer. Is it military? and if so what style.

Looks like a U.S. made Private purchased piece for a high rank officer.
Leather texture looks U.S.
