This is a nice clean sterling pinback WW2 Air Crew Wing.

Maker is NS Meyer with the correct hallmarks on the rear. Did a little research and there apparently were "re-strikes" using the original dies post war. But the hall marks were in a different place.

Thanks! Funny...this is what I pulled up while I was at the show.

I have a few more Campaign awards I'm posting today. Some may turn out to be later issue....They were cheap so I don't mind too much but I do want correct early post WW2 issued examples. Not later restrikes.

Thanks Phil....just now starting to build up my US collection. Want to get most of the wings....but there are sooooo many different types. Luckily...I can get 5 to 10 of these for the cost of just one Luft Pilots badge LoL

Same day I got 4 more campaign awards, a WAC award (post war) and a beauty of a Navy Cross. And I just ordered Benders "Call of Duty" book....can't wait for it to arrive so I can collect these with a bit more confidence.
