    I have never seen one before.
    The way it sticks out it wouldn't be comfortable to wear.
    In my opinion it is just a private purchase piece of junk with little or no value.

    agreed it would be something not comfortable to wear, I just wonder where the hell they come from? Is this a organizational item etc? Curious.

    I would say some type of Fraternal piece. Probably an organization had these made up.

    Not very "Flattering" to the POW'S... I would guess bought at a "Truck Stop" in the attempt to have a "Dickey Doo".. Buckle sticks out further than your "Dickey Doo".... G
