Looking for some assistance for a time period when this would have been made. Basically WW1, WW2 or reproduction is what I am looking for. Any opinions are appreciated.

Hi John, Your badge is a nice original and is from WW2. It was made by K G Luke of Melbourne Victoria, they were one of the main manufacturers of badges during the war.

No worries mate. Yeah they are quite common. It is the general service badge and worn by everybody in the Australian Army in WW2. The one you have was worn on the slouch hat, two smaller versions were worn on the collars of the service dress tunic. They were popular souvenirs with the Yanks so you will find them over there quite often too.
