Help with pin identification please

Would anyone be able to help me identify the photographed pin please.
It is approx. 60mm high and 35mm wide at it's widest.

There is no makers mark or ID.
Dated in the centre of the cross 1940-1945.

It's Belgian: The Bronze Palms of the Belgian Red Cross 1940-45 [Palmes de Bronze de la Croix Rouge de Belgique 1940-1945].
Sorry, I have no further data on numbers awarded, award criteria etc.
