I've been offered the medal and wondered if it was genuine or not.

The pebbling looks right, the font looks good, the crown looks good. IMHO, I would say it's a good one. I've used this site for a lot of my research. Here's a side by side of a copy and an original for comparison.

Looks good to me , All the detail looks correct, I can't see any signs of sandcasting in your photo's ,regards ,Paul
