The medals that you have in the cardboard box are ww2.
The bronze star box is wrong I do not think the box is even military and I think the bronze star could be viet-nam.

Just the Bronze Star is in the wrong box.
The labels on the blue boxes will give you the year of their manufacture.........

Keep up the research, as this can be fun and rewarding !

( They are actually a very nice set of medals. You should be very pleased
with them, especially with the information and photo you have found ! )

    Thanks again Steve

I guess now I just have to wait until they arrive! The seller has shipped them today so just have to sit Tight!

I will have to find a nice proper Bronze star Box to put it in!

    Great research you have done.

A very good start. Putting faces and names together does not happen
too often, but it is nice when it happens .................... !

Please show us more of your collection as you continue to build it !
    Regards,

great job on finding him so quickly

i wouldn't worry about the box its in it looks to have been an old jewelry that may have had a necklace or something in it but was re-used to keep the medal in as the original may have been lost or damaged
